Cannock-based theatre group, Backstreet Theatre Company, is busy preparing for its upcoming musical, Working. Penned by Wicked's Stephen Schwartz, this down-to-earth yet elevating musical features songs that are based on real interviews.
Running from 21 - 23 April within the beautiful setting of the Prince of Wales Theatre, Cannock, the audience will meet twenty-six workers. From corporate executives to schoolteachers, there's a housewife, a fireman, a waitress, a mill-worker, a truck driver and even a UPS man! Discover what lies behind the people and their jobs as they reveal their hopes and aspirations in a musical based on the best-selling book of interviews with American workers by Studs Terkel. Working explores the American workday from the Monday morning blues to a working person's pride in having "something to point to." Working plays at Prince of Wales Theatre, Cannock from 21 - 23 April. Tickets are £12 and can be purchased online or via the theatre box office on 01543 578762.

They all are working to promote music. They are working as a whole team or band. As the teamwork makes you stronger. And you will be able to achieve your goals if you are working as a team. More power to them for their upcoming music.
